Adult tennis lessons in Singapore.
Whether you're picking up a racquet for the first time or sharpening a game you've played for years.
Every session begins with you — your goals, your level, your pace. Our ITF Gold recognised coaches use The Pure Method to diagnose what's working, refine what isn't, and make sure you leave measurably better than when you arrived. Private, semi-private, couples or small group — your call.
Playing more isn't the same as getting better.
Most adults who come to us aren't beginners. They've had lessons before, they play socially, and they've been at the same level for years. Here is what usually went wrong.
- You were told what, never why — “follow through more” isn't a correction, it's a description. We analyse your movement patterns and make specific, science-based adjustments your body can actually repeat.
- Every session looked like the last — progress needs a structure. Each of our sessions builds on the one before. We track what changes and adjust the programme as you improve.
- Nobody ever assessed you — before we coach anything, we look at your posture, your movement and your goals. That is where The Pure Method starts.
- It never fitted your week — lessons you can't get to don't work. We come to your condo court or a facility nearby, across 20 neighbourhoods, mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
What happens in an hour on court.
Adults rarely book because they don't know what they're walking into. So here is the whole hour, in order — the same structure whether you're a first-timer or a club player.
We talk
Before we hit a single ball, your coach asks what you want from tennis. Fitness? Competition? Something to do with your partner? There is no wrong answer.
We watch
A short rally so we can see your natural movement. No test, no score — just observation. This is where The Pure Method starts.
We coach
Targeted corrections, close to you at first, then gradually more space as the adjustments settle. By the end of the hour you will feel something different in your game.
We plan
Your coach shares what they observed and recommends a path forward. No pressure to commit — just clarity about what is possible.
Your very first booking
runs like a normal session, with the full movement diagnostic woven in at no extra cost.
Wherever you’re starting from.
- Complete beginner — Never held a racquet? No problem. We start with grip, contact and movement, and we keep the first sessions comfortable rather than intimidating.
- Returning player — Played years ago and want to get back into it? We dust off what you already know, rebuild the timing, and construct from there.
- Club player — Good game, but you want to be better? Our biomechanical analysis finds the small changes that make the visible difference.
- Competitive player — Training for a tournament or a league? Book private sessions with Anthony Claudot for match-specific preparation.
Choose how you want to train.
Every format runs for one hour with your own dedicated ITF Gold recognised coach. Switch between them whenever it suits — there is no package to buy and nothing to lock in.
Private — SGD 130 per hour. One player, one coach, full attention. The fastest route through a technical block, and the format we recommend when you're preparing for something specific.
Semi-private — SGD 70 per player. Two players sharing one coach. Train with a friend, a colleague or your partner. Our most booked adult format.
Couples — SGD 70 per player. A semi-private session coached for two different levels at once. It has its own section below, because it deserves one.
Small group — SGD 50 or SGD 40 per player. Three or four players. Social, competitive in the right way, and the best value on the grid. Popular with neighbours sharing the same condo court.
Booking fees are not included.
Tennis for two, at SGD 70 each.
Different levels? Different experience? Doesn't matter — you'll both have a good time. Tennis is one of the better things you can do together: active, sociable, and surprisingly good for a relationship. No previous experience needed on either side.
Tell us about both of you
When you book, let us know each person's experience. Complete beginner plus seasoned player? We have coached that combination many times.
Your coach adapts the session
Different drills, different targets, same court. Our coaches are trained to manage mixed levels, so both of you work at the right intensity.
Play together
Every session includes rally time where you play together. That is the fun part — and where the real bonding happens.
What it costs. A couples session is a semi-private lesson: SGD 70 per player for one hour with your own dedicated coach. That's SGD 140 for the two of you — less than many dinner-and-drinks evenings in Singapore, and you come away having learnt something together.
Want to bring another couple? A group of four is SGD 40 per player — SGD 160 in total for a double date on court, same coach, same hour.
Every adult starts with a movement diagnostic.
1 hour with an ITF Gold recognised coach, on your condo court or a facility nearby. You leave knowing where you stand and what to work on — whether you carry on with us or not.
- Movement & posture assessment — how your body actually plays today
- Level & goals mapping — honest, and with no sales talk
- Where you stand — format, frequency, realistic next steps
- Real coaching included — you'll play, sweat and laugh, not just be measured
No commitment, no pressure. Just good coaching. Booking fees are not included.

What adults ask us first.
I'm a complete beginner — is that OK?
Absolutely. Many of our adult players started with zero experience. Our coaches are trained to work with all levels, and your first session is designed to be comfortable, not intimidating.
I haven't played in ten years. Where do I start?
With your first lesson. Your coach looks at what your body still remembers — and what it has quietly stopped doing — then builds a progression from there. Returning players usually rebuild faster than they expect, because the timing comes back before the technique does.
I've had an injury or a recurring niggle. Can I still train?
Tell us before the session and your coach will adapt the drills, the intensity and the volume. Working on movement patterns is precisely how we reduce load on a joint rather than add to it. We are coaches, not clinicians — if you are under medical treatment, please get your doctor's clearance first.
How much do adult tennis lessons cost?
Private sessions are SGD 130 per hour. Semi-private, two players, is SGD 70 per player. Groups of three are SGD 50 per player and groups of four are SGD 40 per player. Your first lesson includes a full movement assessment at no extra cost.
Can I take lessons with my partner?
Yes — it is one of our most booked formats. A couples session is a semi-private lesson at SGD 70 per player, and your coach adapts the drills so both of you are challenged, whatever the gap between your levels.
Where do adult tennis lessons take place?
Across 20 neighbourhoods in Singapore, on condo and club courts. Most of our adult players use the court in their own condo — free, and two minutes from home. Tell us your area and we will suggest the nearest options.
How often should I take lessons?
For steady improvement we recommend once or twice a week. There is no minimum and no package to buy — you book when it suits you.
What makes Pure Sport different from other tennis coaching in Singapore?
Our coaches are French-qualified, trained under a coach education system the ITF recognises at Gold level. We use a biomechanics-based methodology, The Pure Method, that analyses how you move rather than only what you hit. And with 5.0★ across 118 Google reviews, our players consistently rate us among the top coaching services in Singapore.
Book one session, get an honest read of your game — then decide.
